Jessica Pereyra
Jessica is a dedicated wife, mother, daughter, and passionate Yogi. Yoga is a vital part of her daily life, shaping who she is and infusing her with joy. She finds deep fulfillment in teaching, where she shares a piece of herself with her students. Yoga has enriched Jessica’s life, allowing her to embrace the present moment more fully and appreciate life with greater depth.
Her teaching journey began over 30 years ago, with baton twirling in Long Island and New York City. This path eventually led her to discover and cultivate her love for yoga and movement. Jessica believes that our bodies are remarkable gifts, and learning to move them at any age is essential for a high-quality life. She emphasizes the importance of understanding our bodies and building a strong foundation to move with strength, agility, and mindful breath.
With over a decade of experience teaching yoga and creative movement, Jessica has flourished since relocating from New York City to Rochester. She is passionate about promoting mind and body wellness in Rochester’s communities and loves teaching a variety of classes, including Vinyasa, Power Core Flow, Gentle Yoga, Children’s Yoga/Creative Movement, and Silver Sneakers (Classic & Boom Move).
