Yahael “Jay-J” Torres is an underground dance artist who has inspired many children, teens, and adults through dance. Jay-J is an all around versatile dancer who began his dance career in Keep Rising to the Top (KR3Ts) in 2007 where he learned all his fundamentals of dance (hip-hop, Latin, house, Afro, dancehall, and more). Jay-J has worked with legends in the industry like Violeta Galagarza, Buddha Stretch, Brian Green, Kim Holmes, and Tweet Boogie.

Jay-J’s resume includes work in video shoots, commercials, on-stage performances, and television features. In addition, he has also gone on tour with T.K.A, Lisette Milendez, and Prince Royce. Through this journey Jay-J got the opportunity to assist in choreography, helping to build him into the choreographer he is today. Jay-J is now continuing his career in the dance industry and is focused on expanding as a choreographer and sharing his knowledge as much as possible. He is currently teaching in “La Fuerza Dance Studios,” and around the world while traveling with La Fuerza Kingsmen. He is now an independent dancer looking for an agency while training to elevate his dance career as a dancer and choreographer.
