The GLOW Creatives are comprised of muralist Dan Butler, steel pan percussionist Ted Canning, dancer and choreographer Ruben T. Ornelas, visual artist Jill Pettigrew, sculptor Susan Ferarri Rowley, special effects artist Rashaad Santiago, dancer and choreographer Gaitrie Subryan, story artist Annette Daniels Taylor, sculptor Bill Schutt, functional potter Paul Thomas, and photographer and videographer Keith Waters. Each of the participating artists had a specialized area of artistic expression and experiences, which allowed them to provide the greater community with a wide array of events and activities that the collaborating organizations would not have been able to do without this program. The artists led art camps, programs in schools, a youth field day, steelband festivals, and more.

Genesee-Orleans Regional Arts Council, Genesee Valley Council on the Arts, and Arts Council for Wyoming County: The mission of these organizations is to inspire a creative, inclusive community through the power of arts, culture, and traditions. They aim to be authentic, and all inclusive network of arts and cultural opportunities in the region.
